Mallett是首个在PontiacSolstice的小引擎室中硬塞进一个V8的改装厂。工程师们技艺精湛，改装好的车型看起来依旧像是普通的4缸Solstice。今年在拉斯维加斯举办的SEMA展上，Mallett将会发布这款如虎添翼的Pitbull Edition V8 Solstice。PitbullEdition最突出的部分就是6片玻璃纤维车体大包围了，如果对重量有要求，也可订购特别的碳素纤维款型。
新的前挡泥板使全车宽度增加了4英寸，后挡泥板则还要增加5英寸，以便使用更宽的轮圈/轮胎。修正版前包围增加了下进气口和引擎盖进气口，为强大的引擎输送更多的空气。Pitbull Edition V8Solstice限量生产，售价比常规的V8款型要贵上16000～18000美元。当然，你还能得到必不可少的车标与装饰板
