要下解码插件，但是没有意义的，因为
1、从SACD上是无法抓取DSD数据流的；
2、而且现在世界上能买到的唯一的DSD数据流音频专辑只有一张，就是2L那张蓝光参考，我也没有买，因为已经有24/192的版本了，只是在厂家免费下的时候下载过一首。

DSDIFF Decoder

Adds decoding support for DSDIFF files (.DFF).
Version 1.1 highlights: Now resets the foobar2000 resampler on seek.
Version 1.2 highlights: Updated preferences dialog to 1.0 API.
Version 1.3 highlights: Amended preferences dialog initialization handler.
