Hello Zhang,
there is no ideal method, it always needs care and patience.
With very clean, soft fingertips you can gently shift the dent out -
start at the outer edge of the 'depressed' dent, very small movements towards the middle, clockwise around the dent.
After some clockwise circles, the dent will move out, step by step.
(It will be ok with your "mouth" method, but don't do it too often, because a mouth is not dry. The humidity can dissolve the coating).

从最外侧开始，小幅度的向中间移动，围绕凹陷处按时钟方向旋转
After some clockwise circles, the dent will move out, step by step.
重复几次以后凹陷会凸出来，一点点的。
(It will be ok with your "mouth" method, but don't do it too often, because a mouth is not dry. The humidity can dissolve the coating).
你用嘴吸也ok，但是别总是这么做，因为嘴巴不是很干燥，湿气会损害镀层。
