仔细阅读了说明书, 有点震惊: 虽然SONY有点宣传卖点的嫌疑,但日本人对开发一块有源音箱的震膜如此执着,是否值得我们思考?
A speaker’s system’s diaphragms are critical to tone quality. In the never-ending quest for quality sound, Sony has developed diaphragms over many years in cooperation with paper manufacturers in Mino, Gifu Prefecture, a center well known for production of traditional Japanese paper. Since speaker diaphragms are made from pulp, sound quality will be affected by numerous conditions, including whether the pulp is made from coniferous or broad-leaved trees, the mixing ration of the two types, the pulverizing ratio, and the quality of water used in papermaking.

For the diaphragms of the Z Series, the most suitable formula was selected through exhaustive audio testing of diaphragms made using various formulas for diaphragm paper developed through trial and error over many years. Not adding a color coating to the diaphragms also contributes to achieving purer sound from the speakers. For making this special paper, undercurrent water from the upper stream of the Nagara River in Mino is used.
在多年的试验与失败中, 我们开发了不同处方的纸制震膜, 并对它们进行了详尽的声音测试, 最终选择了最合适的处方用于制造Z系列的震膜. 震膜上没有加彩色涂层也是此扬声器拥有更纯净的声音的因素之一. 为了制造此特殊的纸, 源自Mino地区的Nagara河上流的潜流水也被取用.
For the SRS-Z1000/Z1000PC, biocellulose is blended into the central part of the diaphragm. Biocellulose is produced by a bacterium called Acetobacter, and has a thickness of approximately one-thousandth that of conventional pulps. In addition, it is light and strong and allows appropriate internal loss. Biocellulose is an ideal material for use in speaker diaphragms.
SRS-Z1000/Z1000PC的震膜中央部分混用了生物纤维. 生物纤维是由一种醋菌属的细菌产生的, 厚度大约为普通纸浆的千分之一. 此外, 生物纤维既轻坚固, 允许了适量的内部损耗(不太肯定是否这个意思, 应该是专业术语). 生物纤维是一种用于扬声器震膜的理想材料. |
